Liverpool to offload attacking duo in January?

Liverpool will attempt to offload both Xherdan Shaqiri and Harry Wilson when the international transfer window reopens in January.
Wilson was heavily linked with the likes of Aston Villa and Burnley, but both clubs pulled out of the race after learning of the £15m price tag.
Meanwhile, Shaqiri was available for around £25m, but they were no suitors for him during the course of the transfer window.
According to The Star, the Reds will attempt to offload the pair on permanent deals when the transfer window reopens at the turn of the year.
The Reds can still do business with EFL teams until October 16, but no clubs are likely to meet the asking price for the duo.
On top of this, neither player is likely to accept the step down to the Championship.
Wilson has made only four competitive appearances for the Reds and has spent the past two-and-a-half seasons on loan.
Shaqiri, meanwhile, has fallen down the pecking order under Jurgen Klopp and has managed just eight minutes of league action in 2020.
