Victor Moses leaves Chelsea to join Russian side

Chelsea winger Victor Moses has been loaned out to Spartak Moscow until the end of the campaign.
The Nigerian spent the previous season on loan with Fenerbahce and Inter Milan respectively after being deemed surplus to requirements under Frank Lampard.
His situation did not change after his return from the Nerazzurri and following weeks of speculation, the 29-year-old has made the temporary move to the Russian Premier League.
This will be Moses' sixth loan club. Apart from Inter and Fenerbahce, he has previously spent time at Liverpool, Stoke City and West Ham United on season-long loan deals from Chelsea.
Moses' career has been on a decline since the departure of manager Antonio Conte at Chelsea in 2018 and he will be hoping that he can play an important role for Spartak during the ongoing campaign.
The former Nigeria international made 20 appearances for Inter during the second half of last season, contributing five assists. He made the majority of those appearances from the right wing-back spot.
