Chelsea's summer signing targets trophies
Chelsea's summer signing Hakim Ziyech has talked about the prospect of playing beautiful football and winning trophies with the club.
The Moroccan joined the Blues from Ajax during the summer, but his debut was delayed after a knee injury picked up in a pre-season friendly at Brighton.
Hence, he had to wait until the Southampton game last weekend to make his bow, but could not make an impact as the Blues settled for a frustrating 3-3 draw.
Ziyech made another cameo appearance against Sevilla in the Champions League in midweek which ended 0-0 and he is in line to make his maiden start against Manchester United on Saturday.
Speaking ahead of the game, Ziyech talked about winning trophies with the Blues, he told Chelsea TV: "For the things to achieve, I think it is clear that for everybody in the club it is winning trophies, to perform well and play beautiful football."
Chelsea have made a mixed beginning to the current season and they are currently eighth in the standings with as many points. They will make the trip to Old Trafford for Saturday's encounter against United.
