Chelsea willing to sell striker in January
Chelsea are prepared to permit the sale of Olivier Giroud when the transfer window reopens at the turn of the year.
The France international has struggled for gametime this term and he has been limited to just five appearances across all competitions.
Out of those, only one has come from the starting lineup and he has publicly stated that he will consider his options in January.
According to The Athletic, the west London side won't block Giroud's winter exit as a respect for his service over the past three years.
So far, no clubs have made a formal approach to sign him, but it is widely expected that Inter Milan will be among the contenders.
Giroud needs regular gametime to boost his prospects of starting for France at Euro 2020 and he will want the assurance wherever he joins.
The former Arsenal man has previously been on the radar of Tottenham Hotspur, but it is unclear whether they will make a move.
