Arsenal receive big injury boost for Crystal Palace clash
Arsenal have received a major injury boost with Gabriel Martinelli back in full training ahead of the Premier League clash against Crystal Palace.
The Brazilian twisted his ankle prior to the FA Cup third round tie against Newcastle United and manager Mikel Arteta was worried about a long-term injury after the game.
However, that has clearly not been the case and the young attacker has returned to training alongside his teammates ahead of the London derby against Roy Hodgson's side.
The Gunners have recently found momentum with four wins on the bounce in all competitions and three of those have come in the Premier League which has seen them jump to 11th on the table.
They have the chance to extend their run against Palace to move into the top half of the standings for the first time since November 1 when they had beaten leaders Manchester United on the road.
Their recent record against Palace has been poor with three draws and one defeat and Arteta will be hoping that his players can produce a better display at the Emirates on Thursday.
