David Alaba favours move to Chelsea?
Bayern Munich defender David Alaba reportedly favours a move to Chelsea when his contract expires at the end of the season.
The Austian is expected to leave the European champions at the end of June following a complete breakdown in contract talks.
A recent report claimed that the 28-year-old had agreed terms with Real Madrid and he would sign a pre-contract with them in the near future.
However, according to AS, the talks are not at an advanced stage and the defender is leaning towards a move to England.
Manchester United and Liverpool have been regularly linked with him, but Alaba fancies a move to Thomas Tuchel's side.
Alaba, who can play at centre-back, left-back or in the midfield, has made 25 appearances in all competitions for Bayern this term.
Over the past year, Alaba has excelled from the central defence, but Bayern are looking into the future with Dayot Upamecano tipped to replace him.
Alaba has turned out more than 400 times for the German champions since graduating through their youth system more than a decade ago.
