Predicted Man United lineup vs Everton

Manchester United will be aiming to register back-to-back Premier League wins when they entertain Everton at Old Trafford tonight.

The Red Devils picked up a stunning 9-0 victory over Southampton in midweek and the players should be high in confidence to face the Toffees.

The Merseyside outfit lost the reverse fixture at Goodison Park by a 3-1 scoreline and United have the chance to do the double over them for the first time in three seasons.

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Predicted Lineup:

David de Gea has been United's preferred choice in goal for the Premier League barring an injury. He is expected to start against Carlo Ancelotti's men.

The backline should be the same as the previous game. Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw are expected to feature in the right and left-back spots with Victor Lindelof in the central defence alongside Harry Maguire.

In the centre of the park, there may be a solitary change with Paul Pogba, who was an unsubstitute in midweek, returning to the starting XI. He is likely to take the place of Scott McTominay and partner Fred.

Further forward, Mason Greenwood may drop to the bench for Anthony Martial to replace him. Edinson Cavani was substituted midway through the Saints game with a blow to his ankle.

The Uruguayan has, however, overcome the minor setback with Solskjaer confirming his availability to face the Toffees. He will be hoping to find the consistency after scoring against the Saints on Tuesday.

Predicted Manchester United lineup: David de Gea; Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Victor Lindelof, Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw; Fred, Paul Pogba; Marcus Rashford, Bruno Fernandes, Anthony Martial; Edinson Cavani
