Julian Nagelsmann on Tottenham Hotspur radar

Tottenham Hotspur will make an approach for RB Leipzig manager Julian Nagelsmann, should they part ways with Jose Mourinho in the near future.
The north London side recently slumped to a fourth league defeat in five games where they were also beaten by Everton in the FA Cup fifth round.
Spurs still have the chance to end their trophy drought via the Carabao Cup final, but the club's hierarchy are not pleased with recent results.
According to The Athletic, chairman Daniel Levy won't pull the trigger on Mourinho yet, but won't hesitate to make a change if the results don't improve.
Nagelsmann was on the radar of Chelsea after the dismissal of Frank Lampard but the failure to land him saw them pursue Thomas Tuchel.
Spurs are also said to hold an interest in the former Hoffenheim boss, who will enter the final two years of his Leipzig contract this summer.
Nagelsmann's side are currently second in the Bundesliga standings behind Bayern Munich, who are four points ahead of them.
Spurs, meanwhile, are languishing in the ninth spot in the Premier League, six points adrift of the Champions League positions.
