Arsenal receive big injury boost ahead of Benfica clash
Arsenal have received a big injury boost ahead of the Europa League meeting against Benfica on Thursday night.
The Gunners recently returned to winning ways with a stunning 4-2 win over Leeds United in the Premier League.
They are now scheduled to face Benfica in the round of 32 first-leg of the Europa League and prior to the game, they have received a fitness boost.
Kieran Tierney has been sidelined for the past few weeks with a lower leg injury but he has now reported for full training alongside his teammates.
He may not be ready in time to face Benfica but could make his comeback for the league clash against Manchester City at the weekend.
Meanwhile, Thomas Partey is a definite absentee for the midweek game as he continues to recover from a hamstring injury.
The setback is only a minor one and the Gunners are hopeful of him returning to regular training by the end of the month.
