Martin Odegaard speaks on his Arsenal future

Odegaard open to Arsenal stay?

Real Madrid attacker Martin Odegaard has said that he has yet to decide on his future beyond the current campaign.

The Norwegian barely played for Los Blancos during the first half of the season and he was hence loaned out to Arsenal in January.

He has since managed 12 appearances for the Gunners and his performances were hugely impressive prior to the international break.

The north London giants are keen on keeping him for another season on loan and Odegaard has hinted that he may be open to the possibility.

The 22-year-old highlighted that he wants stability and development which suggests that his future could lie away from Madrid.

"To be completely honest, I have not thought about it. I have an agreement until the summer and I am focusing on that. I want stability and development – those are keywords," He told VG.

Odegaard has netted only two goals for the Gunners, but he has improved the club's creativity in the final third with his quality distribution.

He recently produced a stunning display at West Ham United where the Gunners came from 3-0 behind to secure a 3-3 draw.
