Eden Hazard to be fit for Chelsea reunion - Zinedine Zidane
Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane has confirmed that Eden Hazard will be fit for the Champions League encounters against Chelsea.
The Belgian left the Blues for Los Blancos in 2019, but he has since made only 36 appearances due to multiple injuries.
He recently suffered a hamstring problem, but Zidane is confident that Hazard will be ready to face his former employers.
He told the club's official website: "He is feeling very better and he is ready. He wants to be back more than anyone else."
Los Blancos booked their spot in the last four of the Champions League with a 3-1 aggregate triumph over Premier League side Liverpool.
They are scheduled to face the Blues in the double-legged semi-final tie. The first game will be played at the Bernabeu on April 27.
The Spanish champions are aiming to reach their first final since the 2017/18 campaign when they won a hat-trick of European titles.
They need to guard against conceding an away goal during the first leg.
