Liverpool attacker to push for summer exit
Liverpool attacker Xherdan Shaqiri will seek a fresh challenge away from the club when the transfer window reopens.
The 29-year-old has struggled for regular playing time this term, managing under 800 minutes of first-team football.
Shaqiri still has two years remaining on his contract, but Football Insider claims that he is looking to move on from the club.
The Swiss is being fancied to head to the Serie A this summer with strong interest from the likes of AS Roma and Lazio.
Sevilla have also been credited with an interest, but the price could be a stumbling block for any interested clubs
The Reds want around £23m for the former Stoke City man, and they may need to lower their valuation to sanction his sale.
Shaqiri has managed only six starts in the current campaign. He has played just one minute over the past six league games.
Aside from Shaqiri, the likes of Divock Origi and Takumi Minamino could also leave the club at the end of the campaign.
