Arsenal decide against move for Serie A striker

Arsenal have decided to turn their attention away from Dusan Vlahovic after learning of Fiorentina's asking price for the striker.

The 21-year-old has had an impressive campaign for La Viola, registering 21 goals from 34 appearances in the Serie A.

He has been instrumental in keeping them away from the drop zone, but the club could cash in on him at the end of the season.

Vlahovic will have two years remaining on his contract this summer, and Tuttosport claims that he could be on the move.

The Gunners have been keeping tabs on him for the past year, but they have been put off by the £43m price tag set by La Viola.

The club are expected to turn their focus elsewhere, and Celtic's Odsonne Edouard has emerged as a potential summer target.

The Frenchman could be available for just £15m with his current deal expiring at the end of the 2021/22 campaign.

The Gunners could face strong competition from Leicester City for the striker, who has bagged 21 goals this season.
