Liverpool interested in signing former Arsenal favourite

Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey during the forthcoming transfer window.

The Wales international spent 11 seasons with Arsenal before he made the move to the Bianconeri on a free transfer in 2019.

He has since struggled with his form and fitness, and he is reportedly open to returning to the Premier League this summer.

The Reds are likely to lose Georginio Wijnaldum when his contract expires next month, and Ramsey is on their radar.

The Cardiff City graduate could be available for just £10m when the transfer window reopens in July.

Ramsey is open to rejoining the Gunners, but the club have yet to express interest in re-signing him.

The Welshman has made 65 appearances in all competitions during his two seasons with Juventus.

He has dropped down the pecking order since April, and has been an unused substitute in the last four games.

Aside from Ramsey, Adrien Rabiot could also leave the club with Andrea Pirlo wanting to rebuild his midfield.
