Newcastle United want to sign Joe Willock permanently
Newcastle United are interested in signing Arsenal midfielder Joe Willock on a permanent basis this summer.
The Magpies signed the Englishman on loan in January, and he has been a revelation for them in the Premier League.
The 21-year-old recently scored for a sixth successive league game, and the club are seriously considering a permanent move.
According to The Chronicle, manager Steve Bruce has urged the hierarchy to sign Willock, who has made a huge impression.
It is added that the club may have to offer at least £30m to test the Gunners' resolve during the summer transfer window.
Gunners boss Mikel Arteta is expected to integrate Willock into the pre-season plans, and his performances will be assessed.
Based on this, the north London club could decide the future of their graduate, who has been in the form of his life.
Willock has made 78 appearances for the Gunners to date. He has registered 11 goals and four assists in the process.
