Arsenal still interested in German attacker
Arsenal are still interested in signing Borussia Dortmund attacker Julian Brandt, a report from Kicker claims.
The Gunners were linked with the German in January, but they ended up signing Martin Odegaard on loan from Real Madrid.
Odegaard has impressed in his stint, but they are unlikely to sign him permanently with Madrid wanting to integrate him into their plans.
The Gunners are already looking into alternatives, and they have regularly been linked with Norwich City's Emiliano Buendia.
According to Kicker, Brandt is also on their radar, and he could be available for a reduced fee during the summer transfer window.
Dortmund value Brandt at around £21.5 million. On the other hand, Norwich are expected to demand at least £40m to part ways with Buendia.
Brandt has experienced a disappointing league campaign for Dortmund, registering just three goals and two assists from 30 appearances.
He is still highly regarded by the Gunners, and it remains to be seen whether they make a formal approach for his services this summer.
