Liverpool ready to offload striker this summer

Liverpool are prepared to part company with Divock Origi when the transfer window reopens this summer.

The 26-year-old struggled for game time this season, netting just one goal from 17 appearances in all competitions.

Meanwhile, he played just three minutes in the club's final 16 league games, and he could be on the move this summer.

According to Goal.com, the Reds have placed him on the transfer list with Jurgen Klopp looking for a replacement.

A number of clubs in the Serie A are interested in the Belgian, who scored in the Reds' Champions League final triumph in 2019.

Alongside Origi, the likes of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Xherdan Shaqiri could be shown the exit door in the coming months.

Both players were sparingly used during the course of the campaign, and the club are open to selling them for the right price.

West Ham United are interested in Oxlade-Chamberlain as they weigh up a replacement for Jesse Lingard, who impressed on loan.

Lingard has another year remaining on his contract with Manchester United, and he has yet to decide on his future.
