AC Milan planning to sign three Chelsea players
AC Milan are planning to sign three Chelsea players during the forthcoming transfer window, Sky Sport Italy claims.
The Rossoneri have returned to the Champions League after a seven-year wait, and they are expected to reinforce their squad.
Fikayo Tomori joined them on loan from Chelsea in January with the option to buy for around £26m at the end of the season.
The Rossoneri have already informed their decision to trigger the clause, but they could sign two more players from the Blues.
The club are admirers of Olivier Giroud, and they are hoping to sign him for a nominal fee despite his one-year contract extension.
Meanwhile, Hakim Ziyech is another Blues player on their radar. The Rossoneri are plotting a loan deal with the option to buy.
The Blues are planning to offload several out-of-favour players this summer in order to recoup funds for their summer spending.
Giroud and Ziyech are not included in the wantaway list, and the Rossoneri will need to convince them to part ways with the duo.
