Arsenal favourites to land Yves Bissouma

Arsenal are deemed favourites to land the signature of Yves Bissouma from Brighton & Hove Albion this summer.

The Gunners are long-term admirers of the midfielder, and they have been heavily linked with him in recent months.

According to 90min, Liverpool and Leicester City are interested in Bissouma, but he doesn't want to 'move too far north'.

It is added that the Gunners are firm favourites to sign the Mali international with contact already made with his agent.

The north London club are expected to step up their interest in the coming weeks as they look to replace Granit Xhaka.

Xhaka has already agreed personal terms with Roma, and his transfer is expected to be completed soon.

Bissouma has two years left on his Brighton contract. The Seagulls want around £40m to sell him.

The Gunners are expected to recoup part of the funds (£17m) from the sale of Xhaka to the Giallorossi this month.
