Olivier Giroud set to join Serie A giants?

AC Milan are in advanced negotiations with Chelsea for the services of Olivier Giroud, Calciomercato claims.
The Frenchman struggled for regular game time last season, but still ended up with 11 goals for the campaign.
The Blues recently extended his contract until June 2022, but he has still been fancied to head for the exit door this summer.
Milan initiated talks with his agent earlier this month, and they are now in negotiations with the Blues for the marksman.
Giroud could be available for a cut-price deal. It is claimed that the Rossoneri could pay around £3 million to land him.
West Ham United have also been linked with the former Arsenal man, but he could lead towards joining the Rossoneri.
Giroud has spent the past nine years in the English capital, but he is up for a new challenge in the Serie A next term.
Milan are a lucrative option for him with Champions League football. He has already agreed terms over a two-year deal.
