Inter Milan want Manchester United star as Romelu Lukaku's replacement

Inter Milan are looking to sign Anthony Martial as a replacement for Romelu Lukaku, who is expected to join Chelsea.

The Nerazzurri recently sanctioned the sale of Lukaku for €115m. They are now aiming to fill the void with two players.

The club are in advanced negotiations to sign Roma's Edin Dzeko, and The Mirror claims that Martial is on their wishlist.

The Serie A champions are long-term admirers of Martial. They tried to sign him in exchange for Ivan Perisic in 2018.

According to The Mirror, Manchester United are open to sanctioning Martial's sale if they receive a fee of around £50m.

The Nerazzurri plan to sign the Frenchman on a season-long loan with an obligation to buy at the end of the campaign.

Meanwhile, reports elsewhere claim that the club have no plans of selling Lautaro Martinez after the departure of Lukaku.

The Argentine is one of the radar of Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal. Inter are reluctant to sanction his sale at any price.
