Chelsea defender agrees terms with West Ham United

West Ham United are set to land the signature of Kurt Zouma after agreeing personal terms with the Chelsea defender.
The Hammers have actively sought to sign a central defender this summer. They recently agreed to pay €30m for the Frenchman.
Despite this, there was a stumbling block over personal terms. They have now found a solution, and Zouma will join them by tomorrow.
The Frenchman is expected to undergo a series of medical tests, and could put pen-to-paper on a five-year contract in the next 24 hours.
The Hammers have had a quiet summer transfer window with no outfield signings, but there could be a late spending spree.
The Premier League leaders have finally landed a new centre-back. They could push to sign a new striker before the deadline.
The club have their sights on Montpellier's Gaetan Laborde, and are prepared to pay around €20m to acquire his services.
The Hammers are currently top of the league standings in terms of goals scored.
