Manchester United attacker ready to leave this winter
Jesse Lingard is open to the idea of leaving Manchester United amid his lack of regular playing time this season.
The 28-year-old had a productive loan spell at West Ham United earlier this year, bagging nine goals and five assists.
He was fancied to rejoin the Hammers during the summer, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer decided against selling him.
Lingard has since played just 63 minutes of Premier League football, and he was an unused substitute earlier today.
According to Eurosport, the attacker is weighing up his options with first-team chances hard to come by with the Red Devils.
His current deal expires at the end of the campaign, but he could push for a mid-season departure from the Mancunian giants.
The United graduate has plans of representing England at next year's World Cup, but he needs regular game time for that.
The Hammers are still interested in his services, but they could face competition from Newcastle United at the turn of the year.
