Arsenal striker has told his desire to leave
Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah has told his desire to leave the club next year, according to The Mail.
The 22-year-old has less than eight months remaining on his contract, and he has no plans of penning an extension.
Borussia Monchengladbach and Crystal Palace are interested in him, and the Gunners could be forced to sell in January.
Nketiah has made just two appearances for the north London club this season. Both of those have come in the Carabao Cup.
He scored against AFC Wimbledon and Leeds United, but this has not boosted his prospects of playing time in the league.
Nketiah has been left out of the squad regularly. The Watford game earlier this month, was the first time that he was on the bench.
Hence, there are no surprises that he wants to head for the exit door. The Gunners have a big decision to make over his future in January.
With Nketiah turning 23 in May, the Gunners won't be owed any compensation for training costs if he leaves on a free transfer.
