Gerrard and Robbo will start

Steve McLaren has announced that Liverpool midfielder Steven Gerrard will face Israel in tomorrow's crucial Euro 2008 Qualifier at Wembley. Gerrard will be given a pain-killing injection to help him through the game with a broken toe.
Tottenham goalkeeper Paul Robinson will also start the game for England, despite his high profile errors for England against Croatia and Germany.
McLaren has also revealed that "Gerrard is desperate to play in the game", and recent comments from Rafa Benitez indicated that he felt Gerrard should've been given time to rest his injured toe.
There is more concern over the fitness of Owen Hargreaves, however. McLaren spoke of the Man Utd midfielder, "Owen Hargreaves will have a fitness test tomorrow morning. We are leaving it as late as possible to make a decision after that test to see if he can play in the afternoon."
