Chelsea handed big injury boost ahead of Liverpool game

Chelsea have been handed a big injury boost ahead of the Premier League clash against Liverpool on January 2.
The Blues have suffered several injuries lately. Thiago Silva recently picked up a hamstring niggle against Aston Villa.
He subsequently missed the Brighton draw on Boxing Day, but he has now made a surprise return to regular training.
Silva is expected to return to the backline when the Blues entertain Liverpool on Sunday. It is a must-win game for them.
They are already eight points behind Manchester City in the title race, and another setback could end their slim hopes.
Meanwhile, Kai Havertz and Timo Werner have also returned to training after being sidelined with a bout of coronavirus.
Thomas Tuchel was unsure over Werner's fitness earlier this week, but the German has now returned to the training pitch.
Havertz was part of the matchday squad on Boxing Day. He could be handed minutes against Jurgen Klopp's side on Sunday.
