Arsenal offered chance to sign former Chelsea striker?
Arsenal have reportedly been offered the chance to sign former Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata before Monday's deadline.
The Bianconeri recently agreed a deal worth €75m for Dusan Vlahovic, and they are now open to loaning out Morata.
According to The Times, the Gunners have been offered the opportunity to sign the Italian alongside Tottenham and Newcastle.
Mikel Arteta's side are eyeing a new striker this month. They were interested in Vlahovic before he opted to join Juventus.
With the transfer deadline days away, they are looking at a short-term signing, and could be tempted to land Morata.
The Spaniard was previously with London rivals Chelsea, where he bagged 24 goals from 72 appearances in all competitions.
He struggled for starts during the back end of his Blues career, but appears open to a potential return to the Premier League.
The Gunners are not interested in him at the moment, but their stance could change if they are unable to pursue alternative targets.
