Manchester United attacker eyeing permanent exit
Manchester United attacker Anthony Martial is determined to leave the club on a permanent basis this summer.
The Frenchman struggled for minutes during the first half of the season, and he was loaned out to Sevilla in January.
He has since bagged one goal and one assist from four appearances, and has his sights on joining the club permanently.
The next United manager may have different plans for Martial, but he has no desire to continue with the Red Devils.
Martial reportedly accepted a significant pay-cut on his £250,000-a-week wages in order to join Sevilla last month.
The La Liga outfit are keen to pursue his permanent signature, but are unlikely to get him on the cheap this summer.
United may want at least £30 million for the France international, who is contracted to them until the summer of 2024.
The hierarchy have the option to extend his stay for another year. Hence, they are unlikely to negotiate on the transfer fee.
