Chelsea defender not keen on Manchester United transfer

Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger is not keen on joining Manchester United at the end of the campaign.

The German has under three months remaining on his Blues deal, and he has been touted to leave on a free transfer.

United are said to be among admirers, but Manchester Evening News claims that they are unlikely to sign him.

Rudiger is reportedly eyeing a significant salary package while he wants to play in the Champions League.

United seem unlikely to meet both demands at the moment, and the board are not expected to make an offer.

Rudiger could still pursue a big-money move this summer. Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are interested.

The centre-back recently put in a stellar defensive showing against the former, who are now considering him.

Rudiger is expected to demand wages of around £300,000-a-week. He is eyeing at least a four-year contract.

Juventus were also linked with him earlier this year, but they have been put off by his demands on the table.
