Antonio Rudiger makes Chelsea transfer decision
Antonio Rudiger has decided to part ways with Chelsea when his contract expires at the end of the campaign.
The German has less than three months remaining on his Blues deal, and it has been regularly speculated that he could leave on a free transfer.
According to The Telegraph, Rudiger has now opted to pursue a fresh challenge after turning down a renewal earlier this season.
The Blues offered him wages of around £230,000-a-week to extend, but the proposal has not been sufficient enough to convince him.
He is now expected to pursue a move away from the Premier League. Real Madrid are clear favourites to sign him at the moment.
Manchester United have also been credited with an interest, but they can not negotiate with him until the conclusion of the campaign.
Meanwhile, their chances of landing him are slim with Rudiger wanting the assurance of Champions League football at his next club.
Rudiger is currently nursing a groin injury which will rule him out of tomorrow's Premier League derby against West Ham United.
