Arsenal and Liverpool in for Dutch winger?

PSV Eindhoven are prepared to sell Cody Gakpo for £30m amid interest from Arsenal and Liverpool this summer.

The 23-year-old has been a standout performer for the Dutch giants this term, bagging 21 goals and 15 assists from 46 games.

This has caught the eye of several elite European clubs and Ekrem Konur claims that he could be available for around £30 million.

Liverpool were regularly linked with him at the beginning of the year, but they ended up signing Luis Diaz from Porto for £40m.

They continue to be associated with the player, but appears unlikely that they will spend on another wide attacker this summer.

This could hand the advantage to the Gunners, who are on the hunt for attacking reinforcements ahead of next season.

Gakpo has largely played on the left wing this campaign, but he can also operate on the right wing or as the main striker.

His versatile attributes could boost his chances of joining the Gunners.
