Man Utd want Chelsea attacker on loan

Manchester United are interested in landing Chelsea attacker Christian Pulisic on a season-long loan, according to The Athletic.

The United States international has been with the Blues since the summer of 2020, but he is no longer a guaranteed starter.

Pulisic has come off the bench in the last two games for the London giants, and he is desperate for regular minutes going forward.

With the World Cup in Qatar later this winter, Pulisic wants to be in the best form and shape for the United States ahead of the showpiece.

Hence, he is prepared to secure a temporary departure. Newcastle and Juventus are keen, but Pulisic prefers a move to Old Trafford.

The 23-year-old was heavily linked with the Red Devils during his time at Borussia Dortmund before he made the move to Chelsea.

Injury concerns have hampered his progress, but he can be a menace for opposition defences when he is playing at the peak of his powers.
