Thomas Tuchel frustrated with Kalidou Koulibaly's red card
Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has expressed his frustration after Kalidou Koulibaly was sent off against Leeds United today.
The London giants were completely outclassed by Leeds at Elland Road this afternoon. They ended up suffering a heavy 3-0 defeat.
On top of the loss, they also lost the services of Koulibaly for one game after he received his marching orders for two yellow cards.
The second of those was needless with the Blues trailing 3-0. Following the defeat, Tuchel was critical over Koulibaly's decision-making.
He said: "It is a bit of a reflection of frustration and it cannot happen. It is not okay and it is not good."
Chelsea started the campaign with a slender 1-0 win over Everton before playing out a 2-2 draw against Tottenham Hotspur.
After the defeat to Leeds, they find themselves 12th in the standings, five points adrift of Arsenal, who are the league leaders.
Next, they will be in action against Leicester City at home on August 27. Despite home advantage, it could be a tricky game.
