Arsenal to swoop for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic?

Arsenal have been fancied to enter the race for Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic next year, according to Fichajes.

The Serbian is regarded as one of the best box-to-box midfielders and has been regularly linked with a big-money move.

It is now reported that Lazio are likely to consider his departure as he will soon enter the final 18 months of his contract.

Milinkovic-Savic has yet to show any desire to pen a renewal, and this could urge Lazio to weigh up offers for him.

As per Fichajes, Arsenal are one of the clubs that could be interested in him alongside with Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain.

The big question is whether the Gunners can afford his services.

The north London giants are presently in the Premier League title race and may need marquee signings to keep up.

Milinkovic-Savic would be a fantastic addition, but Lazio's price tag could put them off from landing his signature.

Lazio president Claudio Lolito recently said that it would take at least €120m to prise away the midfielder.
