Late Casemiro goal secures Man Utd draw at Chelsea
Manchester United midfielder Casemiro scored his maiden goal for the club as they secured a dramatic 1-1 Premier League draw at Chelsea.
The Red Devils were by far the better team during the opening half of the contest and they should have been two goals ahead at the break.
Marcus Rashford and Antony were both guilty of squandering clear-cut scoring chances and it eventually came at a cost for the Red Devils.
The Blues were gifted an 87th minute goal from the penalty spot after a reckless foul from Scott McTominay who held onto Armando Broja.
Just when it seemed that the Blues could come away with a win, Luke Shaw delivered a peach of a cross for Casemiro to head home the equaliser.
United and Chelsea have now drawn five Premier League games on the bounce. The Red Devils will feel that they should have won today.
With the result, United stay fifth in the league with 20 points.
