Chelsea ready to exchange Ziyech for Juventus star?

Chelsea could be prepared to swap Hakim Ziyech for Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot in January.

Rabiot was heavily linked with Manchester United last summer and he was touted to join them at one point of time.

However, the failure to agree personal terms pulled the plug on the deal and he has since been a revelation for Juventus.

While the Bianconeri have been inconsistent with their displays, Rabiot has stood out with his performances regularly.

The Frenchman has bagged four goals from just 10 appearances while his passing accuracy is also up at 90 per cent.

It is now reported that the Bianconeri will look to sell him in January as he has yet to extend his deal expiring next summer.

Chelsea are keeping an eye on the situation and it is claimed that they could offer Ziyech in a swap deal for the 27-year-old.

Ziyech has been largely out-of-favour under manager Graham Potter and has been tipped to leave at the beginning of the year.
