Man Utd make January transfer decision

Manchester United are not planning to make any signings during the January transfer window, according to Manchester Evening News.

The Red Devils are currently fifth in the Premier League standings with 24 points. They are just goal difference behind the fourth spot.

The club are certainly moving in the right direction at the moment, but they have no plans to spend midway through the current season.

Cristiano Ronaldo's future has been a constant topic of speculation, but the club are prepared to keep him for the remainder of the campaign.

The rebuild will only start over the summer. A young striker would be one of the top priorities. The club are also expected to sign a right-back.

Diogo Dalot is currently an undisputed choice for the defensive position while Aaron Wan-Bissaka has played just four minutes this term.

Wan-Bissaka is expected to be shown the exit door next summer. A January loan exit seems unlikely unless a low-cost replacement is found.
