Liverpool and Man Utd want to sign Ghanaian star?
Liverpool and Manchester United are among clubs that are monitoring Ajax forward Mohammed Kudus, according to Corriere dello Sport.
The Ghana international has had a good season with Ajax, registering 10 goals and two assists from 21 appearances in all competitions.
He has also impressed for his country at the World Cup. The 22-year-old recently bagged a brace in the 3-2 victory over Uruguay.
It is now reported that Liverpool and United are among the leading sides tracking Kudus, who is capable of playing anywhere in attack.
Kudus was valued in the region of €20m in the summer following a frustrating 2021/22 season where he was injury-plagued.
However, he has stayed unscathed in the current campaign. If Ajax were to sell him in January, they could now demand close to €40m.
Kudus tried to push for a move to Everton last summer, but he was blocked from leaving as Ajax had sold several of their leading stars.
The decision has proved a blessing in disguise for the Ghanaian.
