Arsenal planning cut-price move for Belgian star?
Arsenal could reportedly make an approach to sign Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans during the January transfer window.
The Gunners were heavily linked with the Belgian in the last transfer window, but they refused to meet the asking price of the Foxes.
The Midlands outfit wanted £40 million for Tielemans, who had entered the final year of his deal and this put off the Gunners.
It is now reported by Sport that the club could return for the 25-year-old in January as they don't want to lose him to Barcelona.
The La Liga giants have recently entered the race for the Belgian and it has been claimed that they could agree a pre-contract.
The Gunners are determined to avoid that possibility and are prepared to make a bid of around £20m for Tielemans this winter.
It remains to be seen whether the Foxes will sanction his sale. Manager Brendan Rodgers recently said that Tielemans will stay for the season.
