Chelsea favourites to sign Youssoufa Moukoko

Chelsea are reportedly favourites to sign Borussia Dortmund sensation Youssoufa Moukoko, according to David Ornstein.

The London giants have been poor in the Premier League this season and they are currently eight points behind the top four.

They need a huge turnaround during the second half of the campaign and a couple of forwards could be signed in January.

Moukoko is about to enter the final six months of his Dortmund contract and he will be free to speak with foreign clubs soon.

Chelsea are in advanced talks with his agent, but it is claimed that they may attempt to sign him by paying a fee next month.

The Blues have suffered several injuries this campaign and the latest of those is Armando Broja, who has a knee concern.

The Albanian striker may have suffered a serious setback and it appears the Blues want Moukoko to fill the void this winter.

Chelsea restart their campaign against Bournemouth on December 27.
