Wolves to swoop for Manchester United defender?
Wolverhampton Wanderers have emerged as surprise candidates to sign Manchester United right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka in January.
Wan-Bissaka has had a forgettable season with the Red Devils. He has played just four minutes of first-team football under Erik ten Hag.
It is likely that he will be offloaded next month and 90min claim that Wolves are now favourites to sign the former Crystal Palace man.
Wan-Bissaka is one of the best tacklers in the division, but his lack of offensive threat has become a drawback for his United career.
Ten Hag has already urged United to pursue his replacement and it is only a matter of time before the 25-year-old heads for an exit.
Wolves would be a top club to revive Wan-Bissaka's career. The Midlands outfit are currently in need of defensive reinforcements.
They need more defensive assurance to climb up from the bottom of the table and the club could play to the strengths of Wan-Bissaka.
