Tottenham looking to sign Pedro Porro
Tottenham look to pick themselves up from the bitter taste of defeat against Aston Villa today, with a January transfer move for Sporting starlet Pedro Porro. According to multiple reports, Spurs want to pay 40 million euros to sign the Spanish youngster.
Since moving to Lisbon, Porro has caught the eye with a number of impressive performances for the Portuguese club. Pedro Porro had spent three years with Man City, with two loan spells following at Valladolid and Sporting.
Porro also made his first appearance for Spain during the 2022 World Cup qualifiers, playing against Georgia in March 2021.
Antonio Conte has been disappointed with Djed Spence since the youngster's arrival from Nottingham Forest, and the Italian boss is ready to sign the right back as an alternative.
Porro has been in exceptional form for the Portuguese club this year, weighing in with ten assists to his two goals in all competitions.
It is understood that Sporting are willing to listen to any offer over 30 million, and that talks between the White Hart Lane outfit and Lisbon side have already begun.
