Chelsea plotting shock swoop for Neymar

Chelsea could reportedly make a shock swoop for Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar this summer.

The Blues have spent around £500 million on new signings since their takeover from Clearlake Capital Group last summer.

They are planning more signings during the next transfer window and a marquee forward is one of their top priorities.

Napoli's Victor Osimhen has been linked with the Blues regularly, but Le Parisien claim that Neymar is their top target.

Blues co-owner Todd Boehly has already been in contact with PSG with a view to a possible transfer of the Brazilian star.

Neymar has been a phenomenal performer for Les Parisiens and he has been injury free throughout the current campaign.

He has registered a stunning 33 goal contributions and Boehly is now determined to bring him to the Blues this summer.

Boehly has his sights on improving the commercial revenues of the club and signing Neymar would be a step in the right direction.
