Chelsea to include Mason Mount in Joao Felix deal?

Chelsea could reportedly include Mason Mount as a makeweight to sign Atletico Madrid star Joao Felix this summer.

Mount has been a key player for the Blues since his debut, but he could leave the club at the end of the campaign.

The England star has yet to renew his contract expiring in June 2024 and he has no plans to lower his demands.

Liverpool are said to be closely monitoring Mount, but Marca claim that Chelsea would prefer to sell him abroad.

It is added that the Blues could include him as a makeweight to land Felix, who is currently at the club on loan.

Atletico value the Portuguese at €100m but the price could reduce significantly if there is a swap deal.

It remains to be seen whether Mount will consider the move, particularly with interest from rivals Liverpool.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has already been in contact with Mount's representative to discuss his future with the club.
