Chelsea and Man Utd learn David Raya asking price
Chelsea and Manchester United will need to pay at least £40 million to sign Brentford goalkeeper David Raya this summer.
The Spaniard has been a hugely important figure for the Bees since their promotion last season but he could leave them soon.
His current deal expires at the end of next season and manager Thomas Frank recently accepted that the club may have to sell him.
It is now reported that the Bees won't let him go for cheap and they are expected to demand at least £40m for his services.
Chelsea currently have Kepa Arrizabalaga as their first-choice keeper but they are open to replacing him with a new summer signing.
The same goes for United who no longer consider David de Gea as indispensable. The Spanish ace has been average with his passing.
Raya has already rejected multiple contract offers from Brentford. It looks likely that he will be playing for an elite European side next term.
