Man Utd duo to face Betis - Ten Hag

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed that Antony won't play any part against Real Betis after being ruled out with an illness.

The Red Devils won 4-1 against Betis in the first leg of their Europa League round of 16 tie at Old Trafford last week.

They face Betis on the road tomorrow and ahead of the game, Ten Hag has confirmed that Antony is sidelined with an illness.

However, the Dutch tactician added that Casemiro and Bruno Fernandes will be involved despite the suspension risk.

The pair are a yellow card away from being suspended for the first leg of the quarter-final but Ten Hag has no qualms over playing them.

United should be overwhelming favourites to progress to the last eight of the European competition with their 4-1 advantage.

Still, Ten Hag will want his team to guard against complacency and will be eyeing another positive outcome in Seville tomorrow.

United will face Fulham in the FA Cup quarter-final this weekend before heading into the first international break of the year.
