Chelsea and Manchester United have decided against pursuing the services of Tammy Abraham this summer.

The Englishman joined Roma from the Blues during the summer of 2021, and had a superb debut season with 27 goals.

However, he has struggled in his second year with the Giallorossi. He has scored just seven goals in all competitions.

According to Roma Live, Chelsea and United are no longer keen on bringing Abraham back to the English top-flight.

United have been watching the striker closely, but they have decided against making a formal approach for him.

Meanwhile, the Blues have the option to buy back Abraham for €80 million, but they don't plan to trigger the clause.

Barring a huge change of fortunes for Abraham, it appears unlikely that the duo will reconsider a summer move for him.

Abraham could still leave the Giallorossi this summer. He is likely to push for an exit if Jose Mourinho decides to move on from Roma.
