Liverpool confident of Mason Mount swoop?
Liverpool are reportedly growing confident of signing Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount this summer.
The England international has just 15 months left on his Blues contract and talks over a renewal have stalled.
Mount has recently changed his representative and The Daily Mail claim that he is likely to be sold by the Blues.
Furthermore, it is added that the Reds are front-runners to land him with manager Jurgen Klopp being a huge fan.
The Merseyside outfit have already contacted Mount through his agent ahead of a possible approach this summer.
Chelsea value Mount in the region of £75m last year, but they may have to accept around £40m at the end of the season.
Apart from the Reds, Manchester United have also been linked with Mount, and the Blues will be hoping for a bidding war.
Mount has had a tough season with the Blues. He has bagged just three goals and six assists amid the regular transfer gossip.
