Man Utd and Chelsea ready to pay £80m for Harry Kane

Manchester United and Chelsea are ready to pay £80 million to sign Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane this summer.

The England star has had another top season for the north London club, scoring 23 goals across all competitions.

Despite this, the club have failed to win any silverware and Kane is now expected to push for a fresh challenge.

Spurs blocked his proposed move to Manchester City two years ago, but they no longer have the same type of luxury.

Kane's current deal expires at the end of next season and Spurs have no choice but to sell if he does not extend his stay.

United boss Erik ten Hag has reportedly given the green light for a transfer, but the Red Devils will face competition.

Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona are also in the mix to land the experienced marksman from Spurs.

Kane may most likely prefer staying in the Premier League and could join United over a fellow London rival.
