Chelsea keeping tabs on Spanish goalkeeper?
Chelsea are reportedly keeping tabs on Brentford goalkeeper David Raya ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Blues currently have Kepa Arrizabalaga as their first-choice keeper but the club are looking for an upgrade this summer.
According to The Sun, the Blues are likely to prioritise a Premier League-based keeper rather than an overseas signing.
It is added that Raya is one of the top names on their transfer wishlist and he could be prised away for around £40 million.
Raya has turned down multiple contract offers from Brentford. He is widely expected to be sold with his contract expiring next year.
Raya has previously talked about his dream of playing in the Champions League but the Blues won't be playing in the competition next term.
Despite this, they will be hoping to land his signature with the exciting project under their new owners who are willing to spend plenty.
Apart from Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are also watching his situation ahead of the summer transfer window.
